Before the Day

On Your Day

• Unlimited time on the Wedding Day
• Early arrival at venue to greet vendors and oversee set-up
• Ensure all vendors have timeline and know wedding details
• Placement of Ceremony & Reception decor
• Ensure delivery of bouquets to the bridal room, pin on corsages and boutonnieres
• Coordinator Emergency Bag
• Greet Bridal Party and Family
• Attend to any special needs of Bridal Party and Family
• Ensure Family and Special Guest are seated for the Ceremony
• Manage Ceremony Procession & Recession
• Communicate with DJ/MC to ensure announcements match day of timeline
• Assist Photographer gathering Family and Friends for photographs
• Assist Guest finding seats for Lunch/Dinner
• Coordinate Grand Entrance, Toasts, First Dance, Parent Dances, Cake Cutting
• Gather and pack up and Ceremony and Reception decor
• Distribute vendor final payments and gratuities on your behalf
• Coordinate your Grand Exit or Secret Getaway
