Along the way though you may need a little help here and there; our Wedding Management package is much more than simply a "Day Of" package, we will begin working together the moment we decide to partner.

On Your Day
- Unlimited time on the Wedding Day
- Early arrival at venue to greet vendors and oversee set-up
- Ensure all vendors have timeline and know wedding details
- Placement of Ceremony & Reception decor
- Ensure delivery of bouquets to the bridal room, pin on corsages and boutonnieres
- Coordinator Emergency Bag
- Greet Bridal Party and Family
- Attend to any special needs of Bridal Party and Family
- Ensure Family and Special Guest are seated for the Ceremony
- Manage Ceremony Procession & Recession
- Communicate with DJ/MC to ensure announcements match day of timeline
- Assist Photographer gathering Family and Friends for photographs
- Assist Guest finding seats for Lunch/Dinner
- Coordinate Grand Entrance, Toasts, First Dance, Parent Dances, Cake Cutting
- Gather and pack up and Ceremony and Reception decor
- Distribute vendor final payments and gratuities on your behalf
- Coordinate your Grand Exit or Secret Getaway
$1,250.00 for most Weddings (includes one Assistant)
Pricing will increase for multiple locations or larger guest counts
